SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping with 2 Salty Gals! We ship all of our orders via USPS or UPS. You will receive an email update once your order has shipped.

Orders are processed between 3 and 10 business days, unless otherwise noted. Standard shipping typically takes between 4-14 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

2 Salty Gals is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit (minus shipping costs). Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please email customer service at  2saltygals@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your item. Credits may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your account. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
